Kingston A.C.T
PING PONG PARKINSON Chapter
PingPongParkinson is a global sports movement led by people with Parkinson and volunteers. In 36 countries, participants enjoy fun, evidence-based table tennis sessions that relieve Parkinson symptoms, improve physical and cognitive skills, and build social connections and support. PingPongParkinson participants in Australia and worldwide report improvements in mobility and stability, speech, mood, sleep, alertness and independence in daily life, and how being part of the PPP community has brought new friendships, purpose and hope to their lives.
